Privacy Policy
Executive Edge respects your privacy and strives to provide a streamlined, personalized experience. This policy explains how we collect, use, protect, and share your personal information, and how cookies and scheduling tools enhance your visit to executiveedge.io.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They remember preferences and track usage patterns for functionality and personalization. We use:
- Session cookies (temporary; removed when you close your browser).
- Persistent cookies (remain until they expire or you delete them).
- Essential cookies (required for core functions, e.g., scheduling).
- Non-essential cookies such as analytics and marketing cookies; these are set only after you give consent.
Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies to:
- Remember your preferences (like language and accessibility settings).
- Personalize your experience based on prior interactions.
- Analyze how visitors use our site to improve services.
- Serve tailored marketing, only if you opt in.
You can manage or disable cookies via your browser settings; however, some features may not work properly without them.
Information We Collect
Since we do not offer user accounts or handle payments, the personal data we collect is limited. We gather:
- Contact details (name, email, phone number) when you book appointments through Google Calendar.
- Your first name and email when you ask for one of our free guides. If you take the energy score check and ask for your plan, we also keep your score, its five part scores, the goal you picked, and which three levers it showed you. Your answers to the questions stay on your device.
- Your Instagram username and comment when you comment a keyword on one of our posts to ask for a guide, so we can send it to you by direct message.
- Scheduling details (preferred meeting times and any notes you provide).
- Technical and usage data (IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited).
- Preferences (cookie consents, marketing opt-ins).
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Schedule and manage appointments.
- Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up communications.
- Send you the guide you asked for, and follow up by email (reply to any of them and we stop).
- Tailor coaching and recommendations.
- Conduct aggregated analytics to improve our site and services.
- Send marketing communications when you opt in.
We use algorithms to suggest content based on engagement; these systems analyze behavior but do not make legal or financial decisions.
Information Protection
We implement technical, administrative, and physical safeguards such as encryption and access controls to protect your personal data against unauthorized access or misuse. No method is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to mitigate risks.
Information Sharing
We may share your data with:
- Google Calendar, which processes appointment details on our behalf.
- Cloudflare, which hosts this site and stores guide requests on our behalf.
- Meta (Instagram), which delivers the direct messages you ask for.
- Trusted partners who provide hosting, analytics, communication, or marketing services, under strict confidentiality obligations.
- Legal and regulatory authorities when required by law.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Deleting Your Data
To have your guide request, your email, or any record of messages we sent you deleted, email [email protected] from the address you used (or tell us your Instagram username). We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
Changes to This Policy
We review this policy regularly and may update it to reflect changes in technology, law, or our services. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
